Erika’s class was transformative. I was having a bad day and her demeanor and flow got me laughing and releasing all that toxic energy in my body. I have been practicing yoga for more than two decades and have been interested in different styles (Hatha, Ashtanga, vinayasa, yoga therapy). Yoga is an essential part of my life that helps me connect my mind-body and spirit and supports my wellbeing. For this reason I decided to share this practice and get my 200 RYS certification and start teaching. I have taught students from Brooklyn College and hope to bring yoga and meditation to people from all walks of life.
