The meditation session with David was amazing. I have been doing mediation since 2017 with different instructors. More or less I have enjoyed all different types of meditation: TM, Headspace, etc. However, it's been a long time I had not experienced a new method of meditation. Well, it all changed in my first class with David.
He taught us how to squeeze our lower back DURING the meditation. Strange! Right? But what happened was that since I was physically challenged on one hand and breathing in a meditative fashion on the other hand, I could NOT think of anything that was happening in the world :D It was the MOST detached meditation I've ever had.
