I began practicing yoga in 2005 and fell in love instantly. My
mat is there for me whenever and wherever I need it. Through the
ups and downs of life I bring myself back to my mat to find my
ground again.
I took my Level One Teacher Training in the Fall of 2010, and Level Two in the Fall of 2011. I have been teaching yoga since the Summer of 2013 and have loved every moment. In class I encourage you to connect with why you arrived on your mat, to challenge yourself, and to always practice self-acceptance and patience with where you are today. I look forward to having you in one of my classes soon!
