I’m new to the area and really enjoyed the Sunday yin class. I’ll be back tomorrow for some flow! I appreciated the warm welcome, makes me miss my home studio a little less :)
Alaina connected with yoga for the first time while attending university in 2014. She was drawn to the practice as a way to carve out intentional space to disconnect from the responsibilities of every-day life and instead focus on reconnecting with the mind and body. Students in Alaina's classes will be given an opportunity to center themselves in the present and establish a mindful connection to their bodies through breath and movement. Alaina completed her 200-hour training through Carolina Yoga Company in 2020.
