Kids Yoga 3-11 • $20.00

Kids Yoga is a modern and natural way to help our kids improve attention, relationship with parents and friends, listening skills and peer interaction.

Kids will learn basic yoga skills including breath, relaxation, yoga poses, meditation, and exercises using music, songs, games and stories.
Regardless of children’s abilities the benefits of practicing yoga are huge: Yoga promotes physical strength & muscular endurance, encouraging children to use all of their muscles. It helps to build balance, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness. Yoga helps building a child’s self-esteem, since there is no winning or losing when practicing. Yoga teaches a child to become more self-aware of how their mind and body are connected and what it feels like to be still and calm.
