Intro Vinyasa Krama Level 1/2 $20.00
Gentle and slow, breath-based movement. This system was taught
by the legendary T Krishnamacharya to Srivatsa Ramaswami who taught
Chris Rainbolt and Ricky Tran.
This is a slow and challenging practice with over 700
postures/movements that systematically open the body and prepare
the practitioner for meditation.
This is a traditional vinyasa yoga class with frequent
savsasana/resting corpse pose.
All levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged.
