I have been going to Inner Vision since 2008. I took my teacher training there.  The teachers are some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of taking classes from. I have tried other studios, but I always come back to Inner Vision.  
They offer a variety of classes and different styles of yoga. I recommend Inner Vision to anyone who would like to experience the best!

Thirty years ago, Liv Nam Kaur ran out of yoga class in tears because the very breathing that was supposed to help eliviate her depression was just too hard. Today, it is her good fortune to be the one teaching yogic breath. She is a student and teacher of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
 
Liv Nam Kaur learned in Kundalini Yoga teacher training that one in four Americans are reverse or paradoxical breathers. Rather than filling the belly with air and dropping it forward on in the inhale and squeezing all the air out on the exhale, reverse breathers do the opposite of yogic breathing and the result is conducive to being stressed out and depressed. Kundalini Yoga provides practical tools that even the most stressed, depressed person can use to find poise, power, strength and joy. For Liv Nam Kaur, the best part of Kundalini Yoga is falling in love with your Soul and learning to listen to the still small voice that begins to get covered by other people’s stuff at birth. Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness teaches one to hear their Sat Nam, the truth of their identify and that is the Soul. This is achieved by draining the swamp of the unconsious and this is done through moving the body and breath as one in asana, meditation and chanting the Naam. Naam is the vibration of the Divine and chanting It changes the mind, nervous system and expands the energetic field known as the aura. Liv Nam’s teaching companion is her gong. On it are Chinese kanjis which mean, Happiness Comes and Darkness is Swept Away! That is what happens when you are in deep relaxation during the lay out.
