Just had my first Yoga Session with Cyndi. I have never had much luck with yoga. But this class changed all that.
I have arthritis and back issues and this was a very relaxing yet also wonderful stretching and balancing class.
Cyndi explained everything so well. She was also very caring in her manner about my individual issues. I was almost completely pain-free for the next couple of days. But even more than that I felt so spiritually grounded and calm. This was exactly what I was looking for. If you are someone who can’t do a very strenuous yoga but would like to have the mind, spirit, body benefits of Yoga, this might just be the class for you. I highly recommend it.
