I am 36 weeks pregnant and have been going to the Yoga nook since my first trimester.  Absolutely love it. The instructors are amazing and take special care with each student.

This class, like all I've taken at the Yoga Nook, was wonderful.  The classes are great experiences with well trained, caring instructors.  I always leave a class feeling better than when I came and carry the good feelings throughout the day.

Since joining Yoga Nook in 2017 I have learned so much about yoga and the benefits of yoga.  The teachers are amazing.  Having virtual sessions has been so important for my busy evening schedule at the hospital.
