Stopped in for a session as I was traveling and visiting Chesterfield. Excellent format, clean and safe environment and overall strong format. I’ll be back when I drive back through.

Since August 2016, Offbeat Yoga
started as mobile wellness studio in St. Louis, MO offering on-site
services including yoga, meditation, and massage therapy. We
specialize in designing customized workplace wellness programs for
local companies. In January 2020, Offbeat opened our own physical
studio space (previously Valley Yoga in Chesterfield). With our
light-hearted approach to yoga, we aim to help you move and feel
better. Our Chesterfield, MO yoga studio is located in the heart of
the Valley. Our studio is welcoming and unpretentious. Come as you
are, and learn to move to your own beat.
