This was my first yoga session, EVER! I never would have dared do that in a room of experienced people, but found so much comfort in the live Zoom version of class! Your instructions were easy to follow and I appreciated your continued posture reminders while in-pose to keep a true, day-one beginner focused and encouraged to see it through all the way. Seeing my classmates with videos on helped tremendously too. Thank you, Mia!
Competitive soccer player. Astute business woman. All star burrito eater. World traveler. Precious Moments collector (yep). Wakeboarder. Friendship bracelet maker. Rap video dancer. Marathon runner. Yogi. Of all the hats Kiley has worn over the years, “yogi” is by far her favorite. The catalyst dropped in 2010 when the front desk staff at The Westin Indianapolis congratulated then-consultant Kiley on her 365th overnight stay. I have stayed one year of my life in your hotel? She cried into her complimentary bottle of Prosecco and decided it was time to make a change. Practicing hot yoga changed her mind, body and spirit. Kiley attended Teacher Training in the spring of 2011 and, one year after that, bid adieu to her corporate grind in order to teach hot yoga full time. She escalated the adventure in 2014 by teaching hot yoga throughout Australia and Asia. When Kiley's not teaching from the podium or passing out hugs and high fives in the lobby, she dons that ol' business hat to help 105F organize teacher trainings, retreats and special events.
