Today I felt like I found my home to practice yoga. I have been searching for a place like this for so long. Today’s practice was the perfect balance of a mind, body and soul work out. Everyone was warm and welcoming and I immediately felt like I could come to my mat and practice with a group of friends .. not strangers. The environment was so uplifting ! I can’t wait to come back !

The Montgomery studio is located in the heart of the historic district of downtown Montgomery just up the street from Cincinnati’s famous Montgomery Inn. This studio was opened in 2011 and features 2,000 square feet of bamboo floor, gorgeous retail, and a comfy couch. Our Montgomery Studio was a candy and flower store for well over 20 years. The flower shop consolidated locations and this building sat empty for more than a year waiting on us. Pamela would regularly stop in the parking lot and just stare in the windows dreaming that it could turn it into a studio...and then it did. It’s perfect…full of light, warmth, and sweetness. I’m convinced the energy of all those flowers still fills the space. When you sit in meditation here, you feel nourished. I hope you enjoy our space and feel cared for.
There is ample offstreet parking.
