Today I felt like I found my home to practice yoga. I have been searching for a place like this for so long. Today’s practice was the perfect balance of a mind, body and soul work out. Everyone was warm and welcoming and I immediately felt like I could come to my mat and practice with a group of friends .. not strangers. The environment was so uplifting ! I can’t wait to come back !
Jessica Smith, owner of Embodied Collective, is a Certified Mind Body Eating Coach, Vedic Thai Yoga Massage bodyworker, yoga instructor, and Reiki practitioner. Her personal journey with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia have empowered her to connect with others with empathy and authenticity.
Through Dynamic Eating Psychology, she works with individuals and groups to uncover the reasons behind unwanted eating behaviors and toxic nutritional/self-sabotaging beliefs. Whether you find yourself struggling with overeating, binge eating, or cycles of crash diets, she works with you to identify to the reasons behind these behaviors to ultimately find peace with food & your body.
Jessica utilizes the power of coaching, intuitive movement, and energetic & bodywork healing practices to empower individuals to live fully within their bodies. Jessica holds a B.S. in Behavioral Science and has years of experience in mental health, substance abuse, group facilitation, and medical social work settings.
