Mamas to be of all trimesters welcome. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.We will focus on creating space for your growing baby, while nurturing yourself. You will learn safe modifications for all stages of pregnancy, as well as stretching and strengthening to help prepare your body for labor and delivery. We will use the breath and guided visualization to reduce stress and tension and assist in relaxation of the body and mind.
