Jayne (RYT-200) is inspired by the power of a connected body
and mind that comes from her yoga practice. Her goal is for
students to experience a deeper connectedness through exploration
of body, breath and movement. Favorite strengthening exercise is
Chaturanga and she loves to stretch the hip flexors and hamstrings.
Jayne is also part data geek, her analytical mind drives her to
break down poses and understand what is needed to make them work
and how to approach from different angles and capabilities. Her
classes often allow opportunities for students to ‘free-style’ and
make their practice their own. One of her favorite quotes: “Success
consists of going from failure to failure without loss of
