Twisted Dog Yoga

The wall yoga class with Kate was a great. She did a nice job of explaining how to do all the moves. It was a challenging but fun class. Kate made everyone feel welcome.

I've been to 2 classes so far and they are really great, taught by awesome instructors and the classes have been just what I need to work on my flexibility & balance. Thank you for creating a great yoga studio for the community.....:)

What a treat!  My first day time class was with Juliana for an All Levels Yoga.  Juliana's verbal cues were spot on throughout the class.  She was mindful of everyone's experience and ability levels and gave great modifications.  I appreciated the pace and tone of this class very much.  I wish I had more Fridays off!  
Looking forward to trying the smoothies soon!

Fantastic class on Tuesday afternoon at 4:30.  Very new to yoga and absolutely loved the class.  Can't wait for the next one!

It's nice to have such a great yoga studio nearby. I've tried several different classes with different instructors and have enjoyed all of them. Glad to see that hot vinyasa flow classes have been added in addition to a new downstairs studio. Can't wait to check it out!

My first class was with Tony on Tuesday nights (beginner's class) and it blew away my expectations. He was very kind and supportive. I was incredibly nervous for my first official yoga class... but he made it fun and enjoyable! He even personalized it for me by helping me modify movements to accommodate my injured elbow. Very personable. Will definitely be returning!

First class for injury and limited mobility gentle yoga class this morning and it was wonderful. I'm fairly new to yoga, and this gentle stretching,  poses with plenty of modifications and support available makes it a wonderful class. Can't wait for next Saturday!
