First came to BYC about 10 years ago and have been hooked. Since COVID-19 took over classes became virtual. My favorites are HIIT Pilates and YinYasa! The yinyasa helps tremendously with my flexibility and the HIIT Pilates helps with strength and toning. So many other options on the menu. For me, during this COVID-19 pause, yinyasa combined with HIIT Pilates is the right combination for me.
