This was my first ever yoga class! After a week of weight training, this was exactly what I needed to unwind for the new week. I felt so relaxed & comfortable! 10/10
Since 2009, Ben has developed a meditation and mindfulness practice incorporating wisdom, techniques, and exercises from multiple disciplines and sources, including Transcendental Meditation®, yoga, the Berkeley Psychic Institute, Reiki Master training, the Monroe Institute®, plant medicine ceremonies, the deep ecology movement, and more.
Together, these consciousness tools have been utilized by Ben to form an adaptable and fluid practice, which he loves to share with anyone interested in doing the inner work, as well.
