Today was my first day back at the studio after the COVID crisis. As always, Jacob went over and above to ensure the safety of all of us. It was so wonderful to be practicing in such a great environment. Jessica, the instructor, was superb!
Registered Yoga Teacher for over 8 years, Tilda combines a variety of yoga styles in her classes. Her own practice has been evolving for 20 years and it continues to expand with added workshops and retreats. Yoga is the relationship that is nurtured between the body, mind and breath and Tilda is dedicated to share with her students, the power of moving energy consciously through asana (postures), pranayama (breath) and meditation. Becoming flexible, fearless and living each moment more mindfully, one posture at a time, her hope is for her students to step off the mat feeling balanced, refreshed and nourished.
