I Tried many places and did not find anything close to Jacobs's Hot yoga class. People are warm and welcoming! I highly recommend it!
Truddy’s very first yoga class was 20 years ago and she felt in love with yoga ever since. She has dedicated her time teaching yoga full time for the last 7 years and deepened her practice across different styles and aspects of yoga. Her current practice and teaching are more focused on breathing and the connection between physical control and mental awareness. She believes that yoga is a way of living and life should be guided by yoga and love.
