Haven’t been to a studio since pre-Covid, so it was amazing to get back at it today! My first time to Just Yoga, and they didn’t disappoint. Great space and very relaxing practice. I will be back for sure!!
Lisa's classes are lighthearted and fun, while she still creates the space for a quiet, inward practice. She enjoys using an eclectic mix of music to set a mood. Lisa draws from Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions, as well as her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and technique, to create a flowing, dynamic practice in which students are encouraged to find their edges in a safely challenging way. She always finishes class with a singing bowl savasana.
