We so delighted that you have
discovered our little community of Hello Yoga! The non-corporate,
come as you are, welcome to all, kind of studio, that has seemed to
have disappeared in resent times.
We are owned by a yoga teacher,
debbie, who saw the need to bring back a community that disappeared
during the pandemic. She took on the risky task of opening a yoga
studio in November of 2021. She feels deeply, that people need to
reconnect with themselves and others in a safe calming space,...a
place were all are welcome.
Each teacher is also dedicated to
the studio, and takes time to teach each student with kindness,
encouragement and challegnes, provide calm reflected insights, and
give individual attention. 
 
A variety of classes are taught,
at Hello Yoga, including:
Traditional Hatha
Vinyasa aka Flow Yoga - a class
where you will move and breath in a way that feels invigorating,
yet calming
Slow Flow Vinyasa - a class
that moves with your breath, at a pace where you will have those
couple of breaths need to make adjusments, get organized, and
breath the breathe of a warrior of focus 
Candlelight Yoga - a “end of
your day” perfect type of class where gentle cues are provided to
guide you through, possibly some much needed movement, or calming
poses...depending on just what you need
Yogalates - where Yoga and
Pilates are combined in one class
Gentle Yoga - a class
for those days that seem to so busy and some what stressful, and
you just need to breath and move in a way that is kind to yourself,
calming to your system
Restorative Yoga - relaxing,
staying close to the ground, and using pillows and blankets for
support
Yin Yoga - a deep stretch, held
for a period of time to open space where space is much
needed
Sound Bath and Meditation -
crystal bowls are played to harmonize your way into a deep state of
relaxation
