I love the hot yoga classes,  especially the hot 90! Chris is the best yoga teacher!  I tried yoga before and i felt just frustration because it was too hard for me to keep the pace in classes.  At this studio i found the best teachers and the best facilities.  They would not only lead you in classes,  they are teaching you how to do the poses correctly and you would not injure yourself.  The infrared heating helps with stretching and detoxifying your body. After 2 months on everyday practice in this studio i became more flexible,  lost 7 lb and feeling much better overall.  I'll definitely recommend this wonderful studio with amazing staff to everyone looking to improve their health and flexibility.

I love this place! Every time I walk out of a class, I feel 1000 x's better than when I walked in. Every class is amazing, but I especially love the hot classes, they make me feel completely rejuvenated and detoxified. I have been to a variety of classes, with a variety of teachers, and have never once been disappointed. If you are looking for a new studio, give this place a try. You won't regret it.
