The first time I took the class, I did not know what to expect. I never done Bikram Yoga before. Although the instructor had an emergency at the last minute the class was not canceled. We listened to a tape and I was able to follow along. I really enjoyed the practice. The next time that I took the class, it was with an instructor. The instructor was great!. I recommend attending the class.
