I first tried yoga in the 1990s, when I was in my early 20s; 25 years & three children later & I am still relying on it to keep me healthy. I've been practicing 20+ years & am a Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher & Trainer. I am British Wheel of Yoga L4 Diploma Teacher, certified to teach Pregnancy, Postnatal, Hot Yoga & Restorative Yoga. I am also a BWY Children's Yoga Teacher with full, enhanced DBS.
Lake View Studio is situated on
an island in the middle of lake, in Mid-Sussex. Warm & clean
with 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside, with ducks
for neighbours, it has its own car park for 20+ cars & is
absolutely charming, quiet & a truly divine place to hang out,
practice yoga & be amongst friends.
Training teachers since 2019, I am
now entirely invested in my trainees becoming interdependent,
brilliant non-lineage teachers, who use yoga to look after
themselves & then to share it respectfully with others. My
training is for modern day yoga teachers; mindful of cultural
appropriation, honest & true to the teachings of Patanjali
& utilising state of the art anatomy training to become
teachers who are informed, sensitive & teach yoga that is
appropriate to the students who show up for them, irrespective of
what their own bodies can do.
