Great series of stretches and a good balance of meditation and mental work as well. It was a great start to my Sunday! Highly recommend.
For Trotter, yoga began as a way to tighten and strengthen his body. But it quickly developed into fitness for the mind and the soul as well. He believes that a class can be grounded, fun, difficult, soothing, and sweaty -- all at the same time. His personal practice developed out of finding confidence, inner (and outer) strength, and laughter. Does yoga have to be so serious all the time? Growth and asana can be fun! He teaches yoga to inspire students to find their own seat of confidence, creativity, and the courage to teeter or fall when trying a difficult balance or something they haven't worked on before. He looks forward to sweating on the mat together, and maybe some downward dog dancing, too.
