In her search to find some peace when her mom became ill she fell in love with yoga. It made coping with life less stressful. She enjoys teaching Ashtanga because it just flows and gives her a sense of stability. Yin came in handy for the days that needed gentle compassion for herself and of course the love of being read to. For balancing all the energy, Reiki came into play. After working with patients for over 40 years being able to give someone a gentle touch was the perfect answer. Completed her 200 YTT training at Life Time in 2016, Yin Immersion at Onyx in 2018 and elevated to Reiki Master in 2019. Her journey continues this year for training in Kundalini.
