Recently took class with Vanessa, Yoga For Everyday Life, and felt like a new person after class. Intentional movement, challenging and relaxing. Practicing with a mask and proof of vaccination made me feel very safe. Thank you

I absolutely love this studio space, but even more so the instructors and the classes. They are personal and inviting. The classes are led in a way that you can participate fully, no matter what level you are in your yoga practice. Their in-person masked flow classes were a real Godsend to me during Covid and I appreciate them!

I have used Durham Yoga as my primary studio for 5 years- it feels like home. Instructors are all wonderful amd the space is unpretentious, very clean amd welcoming!
