Took my first class at this studio this week and I really enjoyed it! Beautiful space and wonderful instructor who really listens to what you need out of your practice.
Alaina connected with yoga for the first time while attending university in 2014. She was drawn to the practice as a way to carve out intentional space to disconnect from the responsibilities of every-day life and instead focus on reconnecting with the mind and body. Students in Alaina's classes will be given an opportunity to center themselves in the present and establish a mindful connection to their bodies through breath and movement. Alaina completed her 200-hour training through Carolina Yoga Company in 2020.
