She is happy to share her expertise with us a new class ~Relax in Yin Yoga. She encourages a practice that helps guide you through your practice with a focus on breath work, increasing flexibility, balance, relaxation and achieving a healthier mind and body. She also writes some of her own mediations and plans to write her first book. Barbara has over 15 years experience as a student and with a love for yoga led her heart to teach and share. She welcomes each and every student to her relaxing, restorative classes with a smile and passion for wellness and beauty. She is also a hairstylist and business owner at Shear Xtreme here in Easthampton She is also a mentor to encourage your entrepreneurial side.
