Intensity Ages 17+
pushes you to the next level of fitness while keeping you aligned
and safe. High intensity, low impact workout that incorporates
movements from Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. Improve overall strength,
flexibility and posture using a ballet barre, weights, balls and
most important, your body weight. This technique uses small
movements with high repetition to sculpt long, lean muscles.
This class utilizes 3 and 5 pound weights with longer
repetitions. 15 minutes leg, 15mins arms, 15 mins abs, 15 mins
Barre Intensity® combines attributes of
Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training to present a
powerful and intense barre program.
You do not need to have
dance experience. We will teach proper form and technique and
assist clients of all exercise levels.
*Expect to see flatter
abdominals, a lifted seat, leaner thighs and greater definition in
the arms and back.
