I am new to Pilates. I had been looking for a place to workout after the gym shut down. This is a great place to get a good workout.
Cynthia as been practicing since 2012 and was trained and certified to teach Pilates Reformer by Gilberto Arias in the Ananda Pilates Method, which integrates classical exercises with modern fitness techniques. She currently teaches Level 1-2 Pilates and is in training to teach level 2-3. Her classes are fun, effective and precise. She makes sure everyone gets a great workout in every class and obtains the full benefit of Pilates, with attention to detail and precision that helps everyone to advance in their practice and get stronger, more flexible and connected
