I am new to Pilates. I had been looking for a place to workout after the gym shut down. This is a great place to get a good workout.
My yoga journey begun at the age of 11, when I was introduced to it for the first time. I quickly started adopting it as an integral part of my life. Looking for a deeper practice and being able to share, as well as to promote with the community a more focused and balanced life perspective through it, later on I completed Ananda's 200 hr yoga teacher training program certified by Yoga Alliance. Among my Yoga experience, I have practiced Power Vinyasa and Hatha. Currently, I continue studying and practicing Ashtanga under Betsy and Gilberto Arias. I teach Hatha, Soft Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kids Yoga. No matter the level of the class , I encourage a friendly, safe and non-competitive environment. I aim to help clients increase flexibility, strength, and learn to relax body and mind, while developing breath awareness. I teach to help my clients-students feel more mental and physical balance and embrace the present moment.
