I am new to Pilates. I had been looking for a place to workout after the gym shut down. This is a great place to get a good workout.

teacher (E-RYT 500) with YA at the 500 hr level, and Pilates level
3. She has practiced yoga and Pilates Reformer for over 24 years,
and has practiced Ashtanga, Iyengar, Power Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Hot
Yoga and other modalities. She traveled to India to obtain her
Ashtanga Yoga certification. She went back several times to obtain
her 500 hr. Ashtanga certification, as well as teach in India to
200 hrs Yoga teacher trainees.
She was the first to teach traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
practice in El Paso, and opened the first Complete Pilates and Yoga
Studio in the region. Along with training in anatomy, physiology,
philosophy, meditation, and pranayama, She is also a certified
Sports nutritionist, Mentor Life Coach, Mindful life
coaching,Pilates reformer instructor and a second level Reiki
practitioner certified in Usui Shiki Ryoho. She is the Director of
Ananda's Yoga Teacher Training, which is an internationally
recognized Yoga instructor training program and registered with
Yoga Alliance. Her passion is teaching pure, traditional Yoga and
Reformer Pilates to clients, instructors, children, teens and
adults in a safe, caring and judgment free environment to bring the
benefits of Yoga & Pilates into the lives of the general public
in the region. She continues her Yoga studies and practices
regularly between India and the United States under internationally
recognized teachers.
Her style of teaching Yoga is based in the Ashtanga lineage with emphasis on safety and precision, and Pilates Reformer using the Ananda Method integrating classical pilates with modern fitness. She helps to empower practitioners of all levels to experience the benefits of Yoga and Pilates.
