The Restorative/Yoga Nidra class is always a calming, rejuvenating and healing class. If one has high levels of stress and/or anxiety, especially during this pandemic that can be challenging to cope with at the best of times, this is the class to take you away from it all if only for 75 minutes, which may be enough to recharge ones mind, body and soul for another day.
Leslie has been practicing Yoga for 15+ years and incorporates it as a comprehensive part of her active lifestyle. To further her understanding & the benefits of Hatha Yoga, she took the 200 hr RYS and 30 hr Yin/Restorative at HYER Destination so she could share the mind & body practice of yoga with family, friends and others. This experience has given her greater respect for how beneficial the practice can be in helping all people no matter their activity level. Recognizing the benefits for a healthy lifestyle, she hopes to encourage others to integrate Yoga into their day to day lives. A wonderful journey to give back to yourself - mind, body, soul.
