Roxanne is on a life-long path to deepening her mind-body-spirit connection. Different movement practices including yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, and strength training have been profoundly influential along this path. Roxanne’s classes are a practice in moving with awareness. Expect an integrative experience in which your internal intelligence is invited to organize movement sequences focused on balancing strength & stability with functional mobility. Roxanne holds intentional space for embodiment through somatic movement informed by a practice of deep listening.
