Meg’s love for Yoga really blossomed when she was recovering from a serious car accident. Injury forced her to slow down and listen to my body, yoga was a profoundly empowering part of her healing process. She then discovered a passion to share this gift with others. In 2013 she enrolled in my first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, After a year of teaching, she dove headfirst into an Intensive 300 hour Teacher Training in Indonesia. She has been teaching in the Northwest now for 8 years. Meg’s classes empower you to follow your own intuition, to notice for yourself how each pose is uniquely felt in your body, and then to honor that wisdom. She is honored to have the opportunity to share her knowledge about yoga and the body, but believes that you are the greatest expert of your own body. Each practitioner brings their own wealth of knowledge based on their own experiences. She loves holding space for her students to heal themselves through movement, breath, stillness, acceptance, and self-love.
