Every morning that I practice yoga at Spirit of the Lake is a better day! After trying 3 other yoga studios, I knew the first time I attended class here that this was the place for me. The atmosphere, the quality of teachers, the feeling of community and the variety of classes and workshops are what keep me coming back. Thank you!
Brooke enjoys the cultivation of strength, balance, and flexibility offered by the practice of yoga. She considers yoga a process of continual learning that allows students to engage in physical and psychological growth through the connection of meditation, breath, movement, and stillness. Brooke received her RYT 200 through Spirit of the Lake Yoga and is a psychotherapist and parent; with her husband and two boys.
