Stephanie began the voyage down the yogic path in 1998. After one class she shifted gears from her work as a personal trainer and started to explore yoga through personal practice. In 2008 she completed her 230 hour teacher training at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis, then in 2010 completed a 100 hour Anusara immersion program. Stephanie continues to seek gifted teachers who guide her as a student and instructor of yoga and meditation.
