Every morning that I practice yoga at Spirit of the Lake is a better day! After trying 3 other yoga studios, I knew the first time I attended class here that this was the place for me. The atmosphere, the quality of teachers, the feeling of community and the variety of classes and workshops are what keep me coming back. Thank you!
Nasa Mitchell, RYT 500, yoga student and compassionate teacher
with
alignment-based Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga teachings. Her
focus of
teaching yoga is to use the asana-postures, pranayama-breath
techniques, and
meditation practices to establish a greater connectivity with
oneself, mental
clarity, and a more empathetic awareness of the world around us.
She is a Reiki
practitioner, wife, parent of two boys, and a puppy parent. She is
a graduate of
Yogaworks in Northern California having earned her RYT 200 and RYT
300. She
and her family moved to Minnesota 4 years ago. Her yogic living
includes being
in nature, soulful music, Ayurvedic cooking, rich conversations,
reading, dancing,
and board games with the family.
