Alignment Yoga, with Sarah. Always enjoy her classes. Verbal cues are clear and concise providing the directional guidance that is easy to listen to and follow. Another enjoyable excursion in the yoga journey and the wall was used to assist in proper alignment and also challenging - if you chose to be challenged. Options are always offered and when one listens to the guidance and listens to their body one can receive outstanding results. The pièce de résistance of class was at the conclusion of savasana when a beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday rang out. Ashley began practicing yoga in 2010. At the time she was a spin and fitness instructor, so she was drawn to the new physical challenge that yoga offered. As she continued to practice she experienced a shift. Physical? Absolutely! But also mental and emotional. Despite the craziness of life, her mat provided an escape. She soon learned how to take those “escape” tactics off the mat and fell in love with the benefits of incorporating yogic practices into all facets of life!
Ashley completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2013 hoping to gift others with a dose of yogic revelation! She has been teaching and learning since.
