I attended Sarah’s Warm Flow on Wednesday evening and LOVED it. She teaches beautifully & I look forward to trying more classes! I felt confident during the practice with her instruction and my body felt so rejuvenated after! Highly recommend!
As an injury prone person, I first found yoga as rehab from running & ballet in 2010. The balance of strength-building & challenge and flexibility & injury-prevention was something I hadn't previously experienced in my athletics career, and I was hooked. Fast forward 9 years, 5 moves and 4 states, and the practice has evolved from “just exercise” to my steady companion & community. I firmly believe yoga has something to offer for everyone, and I aim to make my classes empowering (and fun!) for each & every student. I hope to see you on the mat soon!
