I attended Sarah’s Warm Flow on Wednesday evening and LOVED it. She teaches beautifully & I look forward to trying more classes! I felt confident during the practice with her instruction and my body felt so rejuvenated after! Highly recommend!
I first began practicing yoga in 2017. I have always been very active and love running and CrossFit! I turned to yoga wanting to find a way to still be active after an injury I suffered from. I very quickly realized how much I needed yoga and could see how it was changing me physically and mentally. I fell in love with yoga and how it made me feel and after recovering I made it a part of my weekly routine to practice yoga along with CrossFit and running. Yoga offers flexibility, strength and challenges that all athletes need to stay strong and healthy. I feel very passionate that yoga offers something for everyone and I look forward to being able to share it with others so they can see what a regular yoga practice can do for them too!
