Alignment Yoga, with Sarah. Always enjoy her classes. Verbal cues are clear and concise providing the directional guidance that is easy to listen to and follow. Another enjoyable excursion in the yoga journey and the wall was used to assist in proper alignment and also challenging - if you chose to be challenged. Options are always offered and when one listens to the guidance and listens to their body one can receive outstanding results. The pièce de résistance of class was at the conclusion of savasana when a beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday rang out. Emily Ruth Perry started practicing yoga in 2009 when she and her mother found a gentle yoga class at a cancer support center. From there, she found more types of classes and expanded her personal practice, using yoga as a way to stay mentally, physically and spiritually fit. She has taught yoga at the YMCA, currently teaches at Bravery Kids Gym and completed her YTT at Embrace November 2016. Emily Ruth has been a teacher in many forms, and works with children and adults of all ages. She enjoys being of service to others, especially when it comes to healthy living.
