Emily Ruth Perry started practicing yoga in 2009 when she and her mother found a gentle yoga class at a cancer support center. From there, she found more types of classes and expanded her personal practice, using yoga as a way to stay mentally, physically and spiritually fit. She has taught yoga at the YMCA, currently teaches at Bravery Kids Gym and completed her YTT at Embrace November 2016. Emily Ruth has been a teacher in many forms, and works with children and adults of all ages. She enjoys being of service to others, especially when it comes to healthy living.
