Just want to take a moment to say that I absolutely love the Embrace Community. I have started incorporating two yoga days a week and it is by far some of the greater highlights of my week. The atmosphere adds to these feels!
Jennifer began practicing yoga in the mid 90's as a student athlete in college. After graduation, she worked as a personal trainer and in K-12 education in a town with no yoga classes. In 2001, she moved to Fayetteville and found Embrace Yoga Studio. Her love of yoga grew to include various styles of yoga, meditation and mindful movement and in 2012, she got her first certification to teach. In 2014, she completed her RYT-200 certification and has earned her YACEP designation. Jennifer is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner and has completed training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Jon Kabat Zinn. Since then, she has worked to help each of her students feel cared for, safe, empowered and inspired to find what they love about yoga. She keeps busy off the mat with her husband, four kids, menagerie of pets and her running club.
