I attended Sarah’s Warm Flow on Wednesday evening and LOVED it. She teaches beautifully & I look forward to trying more classes! I felt confident during the practice with her instruction and my body felt so rejuvenated after! Highly recommend!
Sa was dee ka!! Which means hello in Thai. My first yoga practice started when I was a young child living in Thailand and has continued throughout my adult life. My yoga training over the years includes many styles of yoga such as Hatha, Anusara, Yin-Yang, Iyengar, Meditation, Ashtanga and Capoeira movements. While I do enjoy teaching these varied styles of Yoga, my personal practice focuses mainly around Ashtanga Yoga.
Although I have a deep amount of experience with yoga, I always look to continue expanding my practice and knowledge, learning from both masters and my students. I find profound joy in sharing this great passion of mine with others. My classes are energetic, fun, and creative with an emphasis on strength.
