Just want to take a moment to say that I absolutely love the Embrace Community. I have started incorporating two yoga days a week and it is by far some of the greater highlights of my week. The atmosphere adds to these feels!
Kim is active and enjoys learning new things; A colleague and friend in Washington, DC introduced her to Bikram Yoga in 2005. She was immediately in love with the physical challenge and mental release; It was therapeutic. For her, yoga started with this physical movement and exercise. However, after practicing various styles of yoga with different teachers for over 10 years, it has moved equally to incorporate breath, mind, & spirit/energy. Kim travels for work in the corporate biomedical and academic scientific research industry and has relocated many times for education and career. When settling in Fayetteville, after years of moving, she found a home at Embrace where she completed the 2017 Yoga Intensive & YTT200 for her RYT certification. She finds peace, balance, & connection to the universe through yoga/meditation practice and feels that it is an honor to share this balance of mind, body, & energy with others in teaching and practicing together.
