Just want to take a moment to say that I absolutely love the Embrace Community. I have started incorporating two yoga days a week and it is by far some of the greater highlights of my week. The atmosphere adds to these feels!
Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2006. After many years, she has been exposed to different types and is still learning new styles of yoga. After a skiing injury on her right knee, surfing injury on her left knee, and a few reconstructive surgeries - she has found that different types of yoga are beneficial for her recovery. While Sarah has learned that Bikram yoga may be good for her muscle formation and act as good therapy for her knees, other times- she has learned that restorative classes are a must and help her body relax and heal. Learning is not something we can stop doing and since our bodies are constantly evolving, she keeps an open mind to all types and is ready to help you find what style is best for you. She finished her RYT200 in September 2019 and would like to teach everyone that yoga classes are not only good for flexibility, but for strength and recovery as well. She practices yoga on and off the mat and will try to help you gain a deeper understanding in her class and tips to continue yoga in your everyday life.
