I truly love my experiences at Flow Motion. The Valentine's Day special “Me Day” (what I called it) was a pleasure. It was a very calm, relaxing, at your own pace event. My massage in the Amethyst Crystal room, by massage therapist Katy, was wonderful and restorative. She listened to what I felt my body needed, and also had good input about what she felt in my muscles and ligaments. And it ended with a mind-altering Lindt Pink Strawberries & Cream Truffle! Then I did the dry sauna room which I would go to EVERYDAY if I could. :)
Molly began her yoga journey years ago as a fun way to exercise and quickly began to notice all of its amazing benefits for chronic illness and energy levels. In more recent years, she dove deeper into her personal practice and discovered the power of mindfulness through yoga as an incredibly effective way to relieve stress and anxiety.
After experiencing such transformation in her life, Molly began teaching her family and friends and soon knew it was her passion to bring the gift of yoga to others. With a focus on meditation and breathing techniques, Molly teaches a mix of hatha and vinyasa yoga to her students, aimed toward being both relaxing and energizing. She is very passionate about spreading self-love, body positivity, and helping others feel good in their practice. When she isn’t teaching yoga, Molly enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, singing, and dance.
